Okto obtained Master of Physics from the University of Oxford, United Kingdom, and Ph.D. in Solar Energy from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore, in 2015 and 2019 respectively. During his Ph.D., he published 13 journal papers, 10 conference papers, and secured 2 book contracts. He has since published more than 40 highly-cited international publications.
